These targeted instructional practices came from research funded by the National Science Foundation and are the result of hundreds of hours of dozens of classroom observations conducted over the course of two years.

Importantly, a relationship built through collaborative development creates a safe space for honest reflection and vulnerability, which are crucial for genuine growth.
